THE BRIGHTON ROCKS FUN RUN

 Wednesday April  22
8 am meet at the Pier.

 

An aerobic warm up first, then a 5km run along the seafront

 

You will be required to sign a disclaimer, and there will be route marshalls, first aid and a defibrillator available!

 

It would be great if every region entered at least one runner!

 

£5 entry fee, all profits to charity - you'll get a t-shirt, a certificate, and a chance to win one of many prizes! You can register today by logging in with your email address on the conference registration page.
